Meet MSA’s Distributor and Retailer Support Center Newest Senior CSRs
In our Support Center, teamwork is critical. Over the years, we have tried different ways to organize our structure to deliver the best service possible to our reseller partners. Our current four-team format meets that goal. Each team is comprised of a Customer Support Lead, a Senior Customer Support Representative, and a mix of CSR I and CSR II positions. Senior CSR’s are especially critical to their group’s efficient operation and effective communication to distributors and retailers. It is my pleasure to introduce the newest Senior CSR’s at MSA, Wendy Henry and Yets Majekodunmi.
Wendy and Yets were promoted in autumn 2017, and immediately became integral parts of their respective teams. Both add an extra layer of leadership that helps keep everyone moving in the right direction. They share some key leadership traits, including:
- Enthusiastic optimism – maintain high expectations of themselves and others
- Quiet confidence
- Trustworthiness
- Unafraid to make mistakes, share learnings and continually improve team results
Wendy came in on the ground level four years ago, and has gone above and beyond the call of duty to contribute to her teams’ success. Everyone that has ever worked with her knows they can trust what she says, and agrees that when an issue arises, she will persist until the “aha moment” happens so she can help resolve the problem. She has been entrusted with some of the largest and most industry-impacting accounts over the years, and has done nothing but exceed expectations.
Wendy is married with two children; one is in the United States Navy. She loves to garden and go to comic conventions.
Yets joined the Support Center about two-and-a-half years ago and made an immediate impact. After quickly mastering her role with the Distributor Support Center, she joined the Retail Support team. They needed a clear head and a steady hand to help calm a new and rapidly growing vertical market retailer segment, and she was the perfect person to step up and do it.
Yets also has two children, and enjoys teaching them about their Nigerian culture through dance.
