The 2016 Client Satisfaction results are in and MSA is honored that its Information Management Solutions (IMS) division again was rated highest for “on-time delivery”, being a “trusted business partner” and being “responsive to day-to-day inquiries.”
Overall satisfaction among the 119 respondents was 4 on a 5-point scale and 81% of respondents this year described themselves as “very” or “extremely satisfied” overall with IMS services. We were pleased to hear comments from respondents such as:
“MSA is an extension of our team and will work with us towards a common goal. They do not work in a vacuum and partner with us on all aspects of strategy, technology and implementation. They have unique ideas and solutions, with a vision of what the future can look like.”
“Integrity and product delivered. MSA has the best data, and quality service in delivering it - I trust what they send and that their team wants to help us be successful.”
While we are gratified with these consistent results, our aim is to continuously improve. One area we will again be focusing on is that of “keeping (you) informed of MSA’s IT vision and strategy” and “innovation” for which we received a 3.68 and 3.58 respectively the 5-point scale.
