Next week, we’ll be sending out the MSA Client Satisfaction Survey for 2016. It’s your opportunity to let us know how we are doing!
It is completely anonymous and, at 20 questions, it’s a short spend of your time but long on impact. Previous surveys have helped to shape where MSA invests our resources in terms of product offerings and helps us to ensure that you are getting the best service possible from our organization! So, please take a few minutes to give us your feedback.

…In 2015, anonymous responses from our clients scored MSA above 4.7 (5 pt. scale) on two key satisfaction indicators: “Is MSA a trusted business partner” and “Delivers daily/weekly/monthly data on time”.
