– April 3, 2017 – Management Science Associates, Inc. (MSA) has successfully closed the asset transaction with InRhythm, Inc. and acquired InfoRhythm, as announced in early February. The terms of the agreement have been met and the acquisition and merger of InRhythm’s consumer packaged goods services and customer contracts are complete.
