Hema has been with MSA for nearly three years as a software engineer. Aside from loving the casual dress code and relaxed work environment, MSA’s flexible work schedule helped in Hema’s decision to join the MSA family. “At that time I had a newborn baby boy, so having flexible work hours was very important in my job search,” she explains.
Aside from spending time with her now three-year-old son and newborn daughter, Hema is currently working on a software, developed for the casino gaming industry called UFO (Universal Floor Optimization), UFO lite, a few other projects, and a new project which is in the design process. “It hasn’t been completed yet, but there are so many new technologies evolving every day that I am learning more about,” Hema says. “MSA is a great place to work and share your ideas. I’m working with a really good team and there is always the opportunity for technical skills development.”
Hema always wanted to be a programmer with a work-from-home option to suit her lifestyle. When she is not busy programming software and developing new apps at MSA, Hema likes reading, gardening, cooking and dancing to classical Indian music
